Service scope

FRIODA Tech provides hosted web analytics. We run the software, the storage and the collection endpoints. The software is not delivered for self-hosting, and no source license is granted by this page. The service description, the plan limits and the order of precedence between these terms and an order are completed by counsel. [TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL]

Account and key

A key is the credential for a project. Whoever holds the key can read the project data and, where the account allows it, issue or rotate keys. The account holder is responsible for the keys issued under the account, for rotation after exposure, and for the actions taken with them. There is no email recovery, because no email is required to start.

Acceptable use

The customer may not:

• use the service in a way that requires it to break the law applicable to the customer;
• attempt to re-identify a visitor from stored data, or join the per-site identifier to an identity held elsewhere;
• attempt to defeat the bot challenge, the rate limits or the access controls;
• resell access to the service unless an order says otherwise;
• send load that degrades the service for other projects.

Payment

Prices are per project and are printed on the pricing page and in the order. Payment is in crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT or XMR.

Refunds, tax treatment, dunning and the effect of a failed payment are completed by counsel. [TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL]

Availability

Availability targets are stated in the order or the plan table. Maintenance windows and the status channel are described in the docs. This draft states no uptime figure. The warranty, the credits and the measurement method are completed by counsel. [TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL]

Liability

Liability is not defined in this draft. The exclusion of indirect loss, the cap, the carve-outs and the procedure for a claim are completed by counsel, and the signed order governs their place in the contract. [TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL]

Termination

Either party may terminate as provided in the order. On termination, raw export remains available for the period stated in the order; after that, data follows the retention and deletion terms.

Changes and contact
